Sesame Crusted Tuna with Chipotle Beurre blanc
Directions
- Coat tuna with sesame seeds.
- Heat oil in a sauté pan, when hot sear tuna for just a minute on each of the 4 sides.
- Remove tuna and allow to rest for 1 minute. Slice thin and fan on the center of the plate.
- Garnish with sauce on opposite side of plate and place a spoon in the middle and drag to the right . Garnish with the chives over tuna and serve.

- 1 oz chipotle beurre blanc
- 2 strings chives, fresh
- 1 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 oz sesame seeds
- 5 oz tuna, block(s)
