Smoked Salmon and Arugula Flatbread
Directions
- Grill flatbread.
- Combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup of chopped arugula and cream cheese. Spread over grilled
flatbread.
- Evenly place smoked salmon over cream cheese. Drizzle with honey mustard. Garnish with red
onion, dill and remaining arugula.

- 3/8 oz dill, fresh
- 1 each Heritage Ovens flatbread, 12x5 in 4.8 oz
- 1 oz honey mustard dressing
- 1 oz Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 2 oz red onion, diced
- 4 oz Empire's Treasure® Salmon, Smoked
