Smoked Salmon and Arugula Flatbread

Directions

  1. Grill flatbread.
  2. Combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup of chopped arugula and cream cheese. Spread over grilled flatbread.
  3. Evenly place smoked salmon over cream cheese. Drizzle with honey mustard. Garnish with red onion, dill and remaining arugula.

  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3/8 oz dill, fresh
  • 1 each Heritage Ovens flatbread, 12x5 in 4.8 oz
  • 1 oz honey mustard dressing
  • 1 oz Ascend® Juice, Lemon
  • 2 oz red onion, diced
  • 4 oz Empire's Treasure® Salmon, Smoked
