Spanish Burger with Avocado Mayo
Directions
- Cook fresh Braveheart® patty to desired degree of doneness.
- Add avocado mayo to top and bottom of toasted kaiser roll.
- Place burger on bottom of bun and top with poblano pepper. Melt cheese on top and add red onion.
- Top with kaiser roll and serve.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Patty(ies), Fresh Ground
- 2 slices cheese, manchego
- 1 Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser
- 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced and caramelized
- 1 pepper(s), poblano, roasted, seeded, peeled
Avocado Mayo
Directions
- In a blender add garlic, egg yolks* and avocado and puree.
- Slowly drizzle in oil to form mayo. Add salt and serve. Will hold for 7 days under refrigeration.
