Spicy Pork Meatballs

Directions

  1. Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, cheese, garlic, fennel seed, chile flakes, Maggi Seasoning and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll meatballs into 2-oz. portions.
  4. Roast meatballs in convection oven for 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce, if desired.

  • 2 lbs. pork, ground
  • 9 oz. egg(s), whole, raw, fresh, beaten (3 each)
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs, dried
  • 2 oz. onion, raw, diced
  • 3/4 cup cheese, Parmesan , shredded
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fennel, seed, ground
  • 1 tsp chili flakes, dry
  • 1/3 tbsp Maggi® Seasoning
  • 1/4 oz. parsley, fresh, chopped
