Surf and Turf Philly Style Sandwich
Directions
- Butter the Hoagie and toast on a flat top.
- Add olive oil to the flattop and cook the beef, peppers and onions together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Work the cheese in and move to the hoagie.
- Toss the shrimp in the seasoning and grill. Place the shrimp on top of the steak.
- Spread the dressing on the top half of the hoagie.

- 1 Roma® Roll(s), Hoagie
- 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
- Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 portion Roma® Beef, Philly, sliced
- 3 oz peppers and onions, julienned
- salt and pepper
- 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
- Baywinds® Shrimp RPDT/off
- 2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 2 oz Piancone® Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
