Allegiance® Honey Peri-Peri Ribs

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ribs in a food processor. Pour over ribs. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove ribs from cooler and marinade then sit at room temperature for an hour.
  3. When grill hits 250° cook ribs bone side down for 2 – 2 ½ hours. Rub ribs with marinade and place meat side down on foil then wrap. Cook ribs in foil for an additional 1 ½ -2 hours.
  4. Unwrap ribs and place meat side down on grill baste with marinade and char then serve.

  • 1 3 3/4 lb Allegiance St Louis ribs
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Jala-Mango
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Roma® minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp West Creek® mustard brown, spicy
  • 3 tbsp peri-peri seasoning
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Honey
