Allegiance® Tenderloin with Contigo® Chipotle Glaze

Directions

  1.  Coat tenderloin in mango seasoning. Wrap in plastic wrap then refrigerate overnight for optimum flavor.
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and cook tenderloin for 3-4 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  3. Remove pork from pan and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before carving. This allows juices to re-distribute.
  4. Add onions, pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour pineapple juice, honey and whisk in chipotle to pan and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Slice and portion tenderloin then top with sauce.
