Ancient Grain Medley
Directions
- Add the quinoa, brown rice and farro to a mesh strainer and rinse well with cool water.
- Add the grains to a medium sized pot along with the kosher salt and water. Bring to a gentle boil over a medium-high setting and then turn down to a simmer and cover. Allow to cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until all of the water is absorbed and the grains are fully cooked.
- Allow to rest briefly before serving.

- 3 oz. rice, brown
- 3 oz. Farro
- 22 fl. oz. water
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
