Angel Food Cake Supreme
Directions
- With two forks carefully hollow out inside of cake, leaving firm shell.
- Tear removed pieces of cake into small pieces and blend with whipped cream, coconut or strawberries, pineapple and cut marshmallows.
- Fill cake ring with mixture and allow to stand for several hours.
- When ready to serve, add more whipped cream if desired, fresh fruit, or sprinkle with salted nuts.

- 1/2 lb(s). Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, Miniature, cut
- 1 Cup(s) Magellan® Pecans, Halved, salted, optional
- 1 Cup(s) pineapple(s), whole, diced
- 1 Cup(s) strawberries, fresh, or coconut
- 1 Cup(s) Sweet Encore® Whipped Topping
