Ascend® Mint Limeade
Directions
- To make simple syrup heat water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove simple syrup from heat and cool completely.
- In a pitcher add ½ cup of simple syrup and mint leaves. (Note: reserve some mint leaves for garnish.) Muddle the mint with the simple syrup.
- Pour in lime juice and remaining simple syrup whisk then chill and serve with mint leaf garnish over ice.

- 3 cups Ascend® Juice, Lime
- 1 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mint
