Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.
Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then roughly chop.
In same pan with bacon fat, add oil over high heat. Add onions, pine nuts, fresh tarragon, garlic, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is coated, 6-7 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with bacon, salt, and pepper. Place in a pasta bowl and serve.
