Season hamburger, place on flat grill, and cook to the desired temperature.
Butter brioche bun, place on flat grill.
Prepare bacon and set aside.
Place one hamburger on the bottom bun. Scoop potato salad over hamburger, forming a pancake shape. Layer bacon over potato salad. Add second hamburger, tomato slices, lettuce and top bun.
Cut hamburger in half, facing the stuffed part out. Pick each side with bamboo pick, add side dish and serve.
