Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
- Melt sugar and butter together over medium heat in a sauté pan. Cook stirring until sugar has completed melted and no granules are present.
- Pour rum into pan and add cinnamon along with bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes then serve over ice cream.

- 4 ea Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s), bright yellow, peeled, and cut into lengthwise quarters
- 1 1/2 cup rum, dark
- 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 2 tbsp Roma® Cinnamon, Ground
