Bay Winds® Diavolo Pie


  1. Place dough on pizza screen brush with olive oil and season with salt.
  2. Heat your oven.
  3. Whisk the chili flakes into the pizza sauce. Swirl the sauce on to the dough starting in the center moving out towards the edge. Sprinkle about half of the cheese on the pizza.
  4. Top pizza with peppers, onion, shrimp and remaining cheese. Once crust is golden brown remove to cutting surface, slice then serve.


  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, sliced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1 1/2 cup Ultimo!® Hot Pizza Sauce
  • 2 1/2 cup Bacio® Cheese Provolone, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Crushed Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lb Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 16-20 Count, peeled, deveined
