Bay Winds® Lobster Macaroni and Cheese
Directions
- Fold lobster meat into warm macaroni and cheese. Transfer to au gratin dishes.
- Top with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Heat in 450° oven for 2-3 minutes then serve.

- 1 1/2 lbs Bay Winds® lobster claw and knuckle meat
- 1 bag Delancey Street Deli® white cheddar macaroni and cheese, warmed
- 1/2 cup Roma® Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
