Bay Winds Pesto Shrimp with Mikes Hot Honey
Directions
- Hand toss doughball and place on pizza screen. Cover dough with Alfredo sauce Top with shredded Bacio cheese
- Precook shrimp ½ way and let cool
- Toss 12 pc of ½ cooked shrimp in bowl with Pesto
- Place shrimp on pizza so that all 6 slices with have 2 pieces each. Bake in pizza oven at 450 until dough is done and cheese is melted
- Drizzle with remaining pesto and Mikes Hot Honey. Cut pizza into 6 slices and enjoy!!!

- 3 1/2 oz Bacio® 50/50 Cheese Blend
- 1 10 oz Ultimo!® dough ball
- 1 1/2 oz Mikes Hot Honey Sauce
- 4 tbsp Roma® Basil Pesto
- 3 1/2 oz Alfredo Sauce
- 12 Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, peeled, deveined, tail off
