Bay Winds® Shrimp and Grits
Directions
- In a saucepan over high heat add water, four tablespoons of butter to pan and bring to a boil.
- Stir in grits, salt, pepper, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until grits are tender then remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat in sauté pan and add shrimp.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes then top with Cajun seasoning.
- Pour in beer and reduce by half. Whisk in butter then serve over cheese grits and enjoy.

- 2 cups West Creek® grits
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1 cup Roma® cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1 lb Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 16-20 Count, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups beer, amber
- 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
