            Bay Winds® Smoked Salmon Dip
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Puree the onion in a food processor, then reserve.
 
    - Whip the cream cheese in a mixer with paddle attachment.
 
    - In a bowl fold together the salmon, whipped cream cheese, pureed onion, dill, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice.
 
    - Serve with toast points or your favorite crackers.

                                    - 2 lbs Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
 
                                    - 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Dill, chopped
 
                                    - 1/4 cup Roma® Capers , drained
 
                                    - 1/4 tsp sea salt
 
                                    - 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
 
                                    - 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), zest and juice
 
                                    - 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, rough chopped
