Beer Cooked Bratwurst

Beer Cooked Bratwurst
Directions
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan over a medium low heat. Add the bratwurst and cook until golden brown.
- Remove, add the butter and onions and sauté until onions are golden brown. Add the brats back to the pan and toss with the onions.
- Add the beer to the pan, and cook gently for about 10 minutes, or until the beer has cooked away.
- Serve the brats in a crusty roll with the Ken's Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce on top.

- 4 links bratwurst
- 2 tsp oil, olive
- 3 cups onion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup beer
- 4 ea. Crusty bread rolls
- 8 fl. oz. Ken's® Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce
