Blueberry Hot Toddy

Directions

  1. Mix together blueberries, 16 ounces of water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to create Blueberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup, and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. To make a single toddy, add the juice of half a lemon, 3-4 Tbsp of the Blueberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup, 2 oz. bourbon, and hot water to top.
  3. Garnish with blueberries and another cinnamon stick.
