In a blender combine 2/3 apple crisp pie, ice cream, and milk. Puree until smooth.
Add the bourbon, blend to combine.
Drizzle some caramel sauce in a pint glass, pour in boozy shake, top with cinnamon-maple whipped cream, and another drizzle of caramel sauce. Top with the other 1/3 of the pie and pop the sliced apple on the rim.

1 slice Sweet Encore® Apple Crisp Deep Dish Pie, divided, save 1/3 intact for garnish
2 large scoops Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
4 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Milk, Whole
2 oz Maker's Mark® bourbon
1 drizzle caramel sauce, (garnish in glass and on top)
1 dollop Cinnamon-Maple Whipped Cream, (see recipe below)
1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Apple(s), Red Delicious, for garnish
Cinnamon-Maple Whipped Cream
Directions
Put heavy cream in a cold metal bowl, whisk vigorously, or whisk in standing mixer until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar, whisk to medium peaks.
Add maple and cinnamon, whisk until medium-stiff peaks form.
