Braveheart® Birria Tacos
Directions
- In a rondeau over medium heat add water and birria concentrate. Add short ribs and cover then lower heat to a simmer and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Once short ribs are fork tender. Remove meat from the bone and hold the meat in the sauce for service.
- Dip tortillas in sauce then warm on griddle.
- Place two tortillas on plate then a portion of cheese and short ribs.
- Garnish with onion and cilantro then enjoy.

- 10 lbs Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Short Ribs
- 1 1/3 gl water
- 5 lbs Contigo® birria concentrate
- 8 ea Contigo® 6-inch white corn tortillas
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, small dice
- 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, leaves, hand torn
- 1 lb Corazo® Tres-Amigos shredded cheese
