To assemble burger, build in the following order: 1 toasted brioche bun, 1 seared burger patty, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice seared Canadian bacon, ¼ cup hashbrowns, 1 poached egg and 2 tablespoons Breakfast Special Sauce.

Directions
Whisk together warmed Custom Culinary® Frozen, Ready-to-Use Hollandaise Sauce and everything bagel seasoning in a medium bowl.
Transfer sauce to a heatproof container and hold warm until ready for use.
