Breakfast Mango Salsa

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the prepared mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno, add the lime juice, salt & pepper and set aside.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz fresh or frozen mango, ripe, diced
  • 1 oz Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 oz onion(s), red, diced
  • 1 oz cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 ea jalapeño(s), seeded abd minced
  • lime(s), juiced, to taste
  • salt and pepper, as needed
