Directions
- In a large bowl combine the prepared mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno, add the lime juice, salt & pepper and set aside.
Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh or frozen mango, ripe, diced
- 1 oz Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 oz onion(s), red, diced
- 1 oz cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 ea jalapeño(s), seeded abd minced
- lime(s), juiced, to taste
- salt and pepper, as needed
