Brisket, Cheddar & Bacon Burger

Directions

  1. Season burger patties with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
  2. Heat griddle to 375 degrees F. Toast bun on griddle.
  3. Sear burgers flipping once until juices run clear, on the side heat bacon, heat brisket and add a small amount of the BBQ sauce to the brisket. Place cheese on top of burgers and melt. Top burgers with brisket.
  4. To assemble, place one burger on the bottom bun, top with half of the brisket, add next burger and place remaining brisket on top of the second burger. Add bacon, pickles and onion. Drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce and add top bun.
  5. Garnish with bamboo pick and pickle. Serve!

  • 2 ea burger patties, 4 oz, pressed thin
  • Montreal steak seasoning, as needed
  • 2 oz Ridgecrest® Pit-Smoked Beef Brisket
  • 2 strips Hormel® Black Label® bacon
  • 2 slices Sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz Stout beef BBQ sauce
  • 4 ea Garlic pickle slices
  • 2 slices ea onion(s), sweet
