Buffalo Tender Salad
Directions
- Preheat oil to 350°F. From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 3 - 4 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking.
- Toss tenders in buffalo sauce with celery, onion, and chile garnish.
- Place arugula, parsley, and celery leaves on bottom of the plate, place tossed tenders over greens, drizzle blue cheese ranch and garnish with sweety drop peppers and blue cheese crumbles.

- 5 ea. Tyson® Red Label Crispy Chicken Tenders
- 2 oz. Buffalo wing sauce, commercially prepared
- 2 oz. ranch dressing, commercially prepared
- 1 oz. cheese, blue, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. Sweety Drop Peppers
- 1 oz. celery, leaves
- 1 oz. parsley, fresh flat leaf
- 2 oz. arugula
- Celery ribs, cut in 2 in. sections, for garnish
- chile(s), fresno, thinly sliced, for garnish
- onion(s), red, thinly sliced, for garnish
