Bulgogi Fries with Beef Marinade
Directions
- Make Marinade and marinade beef over night (recipe below).
- Combine cilantro, chopped garlic and oil and blend to make a chimi churri sauce.
- Add sour cream and onion sauce and mix together.
- Fry fries until golden brown. Place on a plate, top with tomato strips, caramelized onion and cheese. Melt the cheese, then top with sour cream mixture and chopped cilantro.

- 1/4 tsp garlic, chopped

- 1 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1 oz onion sauce
- 3 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream

- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp oil, sesame
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tbsp oil, vegetable
- 1/4 tbsp vinegar, white
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Yellow, diced
