Directions
- Toss romaine in a large bowl with dressing, 1 oz. of cheese and the croutons.
- Mound Romaine in serving bowl and top with remaining cheese and the grilled chicken breast.
- Garnish with wedge of lemon.

- 5 oz. West Creek® Chicken, Breast Fillet(s), Boneless, 1 each, grilled and cut julienne
