Cajun Glazed Pig Wing Dings

Directions

  1. Preheat oil to 360F.
  2. Fry Pig Wings® 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss with glaze while hot out of the fryer. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

  • 5 lbs Pork Shank "Pig Wings", 2 oz. appetizer portions
  • oil, as needed for frying

Directions

  1. Melt Butter and combine ingredients for glaze. Set aside and keep warm.
