Directions
- Spread the toasted bottom of the torta roll with refried beans.
- Top with steak and tequila jalapeno gravy.
- Garnish with Cojita cheese and diced poblano peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Torta roll, split and toasted
- 3 tbsp Refried beans, spread
- 1/2 cup steak, marinated, grilled
- 1/4 cup Tequila Jalapeno Gravy, (see recipe below)
- 2 tbsp cheese, cotija, grated
- 2 tbsp pepper(s), poblano, roasted, diced
Tequila Jalapeno Gravy
Directions
- Prepare Chef’s Own® Brown Gravy Mix according to package directions.
- Whisk in Gold Label Jalapeno Relish and Tequila until well blended.

- 2 tbsp tequila
