            Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni with Blush Sauce Florentine
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - In a sauté pan add oil and garlic over low heat (don’t brown). Add white wine and simmer for 1 minute. Add 1 1/4 cup Blush Sauce and bring to simmer. 
- Mix in spinach, until wilted. 
- Add Rigatoni and serve when heated through. 
- Top with grated cheese.
 
                
                    Ingredients
                    
                                    - 1 tsp garlic, clove(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
-  to taste Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
- 8 oz Roma® Pasta, Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni, cooked as directed
- 1 1/2 cup spinach, fresh baby 
- 1/4 cup wine, white
 
             
                 
                
                
                
                    Blush Sauce
                    
                        
                            Directions
                            
    - Combine heavy cream and marinara sauce into medium size bowl. 
- Stir together well until evenly mix mixed. Sauce should be a light pink color.
