In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery and red pepper. Sauté 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combined mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper sauce, seafood seasoning, Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base and sautéed vegetables, mixing well.
Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Gently fold in crab meat until well-blended.
Form mixture into equally portioned cakes. Sauté in a lightly oiled pan or griddle until evenly brown on both sides. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350°F.
Serve with a lobster, Dijon and roasted red pepper dipping sauce.
