Chicken Paitan-Style Ramen

Directions

  1. Dissolve Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base in boiling water.
  2. In a large soup bowl, pour chicken broth and dashi over cooked noodles.
  3. Arrange sliced chicken, tofu, mushrooms and spinach around the noodles.
  4. Garnish with red chili flakes and sliced green onion.
  5. Finish with split soft-boiled egg.

  • 8 oz water
  • 3/4 tsp Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted Chicken Base
  • 1/2 cup Dashi
  • 3 oz noodles, ramen, cooked per package instructions
  • 4 oz Chicken thigh, boneless, skin-on, pan-seared, sliced
  • 2 oz tofu, pressed, 1/2 in. cubes
  • 1 oz mushroom(s), shiitake, sliced, roasted
  • 1 oz baby spinach, sautéed
  • 1/2 tsp red chili, flakes
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), green, sliced on bias
  • 1 ea egg(s), soft-boiled, cut in half
