Chihuahua Crostini with Poached Egg
Directions
- Toast sliced French bread until golden brown.
- Spread the guacamole on bread and sprinkle cheese over bread evenly.
- Top with the salsa.
- Poach each egg and place on each piece of bread.
- Make a wheel out of each orange and place between bread slices, then add the parsley sprigs to garnish.
