Place cauliflower florets in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss until evenly coated. Dust with seasoning and toss until seasoning is evenly distributed.
Line a half sheet tray with foil. Place seasoned cauliflower onto tray and spread out in an even layer. Bake until florets are just starting to char, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer with a creamy, cooling dip
