Chocolate Fondue

Directions

  1. Combine chopped semi-sweet chocolate, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat everything slowly at a low temperature, stirring regularly.
  2. When everything is just about melted together, add in the tablespoon of butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the fondue is smooth and glossy.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy with fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, or whatever else you want to dip in the chocolaty goodness! You can transfer the fondue from the saucepan to a small crockpot if you need to keep it warm for a bit of time while you enjoy it!

  • 12 oz. chocolate, semisweet, chopped
  • (1) 14 oz. can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk, whole , (depending on your preferred consistency)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
