Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Potato Fries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Toss uncooked fries with cornstarch, remove excess cornstarch and toss with olive oil
- Mix 1/3 cup of the sugar and 1/2 tsp of the cinnamon and toss with the fries
- Spread fries on baking sheet and bake per package instructions, taking them out to flip half way through
- If using fresh sweet potatoes, bake 15 minutes before flipping and then bake another 10-15 minutes
- Let fries cool slightly and then toss in a bowl with the remaining sugar and cinnamon
- Mix confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla together and drizzle over fries.

- 1.5 lbs Silver Source® Fries, Sweet Potato
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar, confectioner's
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, pure
