Classic Lobster Roll

Directions

  1. Lightly squeeze the liquid out of the thawed lobster meat, and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in mayonnaise, squeeze in lemon juice, salt and pepper and gently mix.
  3. Butter both sides of the bun then lightly grill on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Add 4 oz. of lobster meat mix to each roll and serve immediately. Garnish with chips pickles and lemon wedge.

  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juiced
  • 4 ea. Heritage Ovens® New England split top hot dog bun
  • 4 tsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Salted
  • 4 oz. Delancey Street Deli® Potato Chips, ripple
  • 1/8 tsp. West Creek® sea salt kosher
