Classic Lobster Roll
Directions
- Lightly squeeze the liquid out of the thawed lobster meat, and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add in mayonnaise, squeeze in lemon juice, salt and pepper and gently mix.
- Butter both sides of the bun then lightly grill on both sides until golden brown.
- Add 4 oz. of lobster meat mix to each roll and serve immediately. Garnish with chips pickles and lemon wedge.

- West Creek® Mayonnaise, Heavy Duty
- 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juiced
- 4 ea. Heritage Ovens® New England split top hot dog bun
- 4 tsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Salted
- 4 oz. Delancey Street Deli® Potato Chips, ripple
- 1/8 tsp. West Creek® sea salt kosher
