Cranberry and Chili Meatballs


  1. In a pot blend the cranberry sauce, chili sauce and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs and stir to coat. Cover and simmer on med-low on the stove for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. These meatballs can also be added to a greased 2-quart baking pan and cooked in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes, covered.


  • 1 lb. Roma® Gourmet Beef & Pork Meatballs, 1/2 oz.
  • 1 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard, dijon
