Creamy Avocado Margarita
Directions
- If desired, rim your glass with Tajín or salt. Run a lime wedge along the rim, then dip the glass into a small plate of Tajín or salt. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, Contigo® Frozen Avocado Pulp, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the margarita and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed. Blend again briefly if adjustments are made.
- Pour the avocado margarita into your prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and, if desired, a sprig of fresh cilantro or mint for a pop of color and aroma.
- Sip, savor, and enjoy your creamy twist on a classic margarita!

- 1 oz. triple sec, or orange liqueur
- 1 oz. lime juice, fresh squeezed, (about 1 lime)
- 1 oz. agave syrup, (adjust to taste)
- 2 heaping tbsp. Contigo Avocado Pulp, frozen
- Ice, (about 1 cup)
- Tajín or salt, for rimming
- lime, wedge(s), or wheel
- Fresh cilantro or mint sprig, (optional)
