Creamy Avocado Margarita

Directions

  1. If desired, rim your glass with Tajín or salt. Run a lime wedge along the rim, then dip the glass into a small plate of Tajín or salt. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, Contigo® Frozen Avocado Pulp, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the margarita and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed. Blend again briefly if adjustments are made.
  4. Pour the avocado margarita into your prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and, if desired, a sprig of fresh cilantro or mint for a pop of color and aroma.
  6. Sip, savor, and enjoy your creamy twist on a classic margarita!

Pro Tip: Add a touch of jalapeño or a few dashes of hot sauce for a spicy kick!

  • 1 oz. triple sec, or orange liqueur
  • 1 oz. lime juice, fresh squeezed, (about 1 lime)
  • 1 oz. agave syrup, (adjust to taste)
  • 2 heaping tbsp. Contigo Avocado Pulp, frozen
  • Ice, (about 1 cup)
  • Tajín or salt, for rimming

  • Fresh cilantro or mint sprig, (optional)
