Creamy Ricotta Bites

Directions

  1. Pre-heat fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat vodka sauce on stove till hot.
  3. Cook Ricotta Bites according to directions. Remove from oil and let drain.
  4. In a shallow bowl or plate, place the vodka sauce in the middle and using the back of a spoon or ladle spread sauce around in a circle, leaving a 1-inch boarder to edge of plate. Pile the Ricotta Bites in the middle of the plate on top of the vodka sauce.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and torn basil on top of the ricotta bites and around plate.

  • 3 oz. vodka sauce, (can use marinara sauce)
  • 1/2 oz. cheese, Parmesan , shaved or shredded
  • 2 to 3 ea. basil, leaves, fresh, torn
