Creamy Ricotta Bites
Directions
- Pre-heat fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Heat vodka sauce on stove till hot.
- Cook Ricotta Bites according to directions. Remove from oil and let drain.
- In a shallow bowl or plate, place the vodka sauce in the middle and using the back of a spoon or ladle spread sauce around in a circle, leaving a 1-inch boarder to edge of plate. Pile the Ricotta Bites in the middle of the plate on top of the vodka sauce.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and torn basil on top of the ricotta bites and around plate.

- 3 oz. vodka sauce, (can use marinara sauce)
- 1/2 oz. cheese, Parmesan , shaved or shredded
- 2 to 3 ea. basil, leaves, fresh, torn
