Curried Shrimp Bisque
Directions
- Combine bisque and water in saucepot. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Boil gently 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Heat oil in skillet; add onions and celery. Sauté over medium-low heat until tender, stirring frequently.
- Add shrimp, green onions, cream, tomato paste, curry powder and seafood seasoning to prepared bisque; stir until fully blended. Add sautéed onion mixture; heat over medium heat, stirring frequently..
- To serve, portion 1 cup of bisque into a bowl.

- 4 lb Campbell's® Signature Creamy Tomato Basil Bisque
- 2 qt water
- 2 tbsp oil, olive
- 2 cups onion(s), Vidalia , chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail off, cooked
- 1/2 cup onion(s), green, minced
- 1 cup cream, heavy
- 1/4 cup tomato, paste
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp seafood seasoning
