Duke's® Crab Cakes with Aioli
Directions
- Mix Duke's Mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, chives, salt & pepper, lemon juice, and a splash of hot sauce to create aioli and set aside.
- Mix crabcake ingredients together into 4 cakes.
- Melt a pat of butter in pan and sauté cakes until browned on both sides.
- Serve with aioli and lemon wedges.

- 1/2 cup Duke’s® Mayonnaise
- 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
- 3 tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. chives, fresh, chopped
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- splash of hot sauce
- 1 lb. crabmeat, lump
- Duke’s® Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Sauer's® Dry Mustard
