Duke's® Crab Cakes with Aioli

Directions

  1. Mix Duke's Mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, chives, salt & pepper, lemon juice, and a splash of hot sauce to create aioli and set aside.
  2. Mix crabcake ingredients together into 4 cakes.
  3. Melt a pat of butter in pan and sauté cakes until browned on both sides.
  4. Serve with aioli and lemon wedges.

  • 1/2 cup Duke’s® Mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 3 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. chives, fresh, chopped
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • splash of hot sauce
  • 1 lb. crabmeat, lump
  • Duke’s® Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sauer's® Dry Mustard
