Bay Winds® EZ Peel BBQ Shrimp
Directions
- Place a seasoned cast iron skillet on the medium high heat area of your grill. Add the olive oil and shrimp.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on the shrimp and toss to coat. Now pour in the bottle of beer and simmer for 1-2 minutes to burn off the alcohol.
- Slowly whisk in the butter to form the sauce and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Portion shrimp in a warm pasta bowl then garnish with chopped green onions and a slice or two of bread for dipping then serve.

- 1 lb Bay Winds® EZ Peel Shrimp, 16/20 count
- 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 6 oz beer, amber
- 1/4 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 8 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, cubed at room temperature
- 4 ea Delancey Street Deli® Ciabatta Baguette, griilled, torn for garnish
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped for garnish (optional)
