Fig and Arugula Pizza with Balsamic Fig Glaze
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Top crust with Gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions and figs. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, cut into 8 pieces.
- Lastly, sprinkle with arugula and drizzle with Ken’s Balsamic Fig Glaze.

- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), julienned

- 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
