Fire Grilled Yukon Potatoes

Directions

  1. Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt butter, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper over low heat. Once butter is melted remove from heat.
  3. Cook potatoes on medium heat portion of grill for 2-3 minutes then place in a bowl and toss with rosemary butter.
  4. Place potatoes on a platter and serve with fresh rosemary as a garnish.

  • 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, baby, par boiled and cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped fine
