Thaw biscuit pucks, covered for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
Cut each biscuit into quarters; drop into deep-fat fryer preheated to 350°F for 3-4 minutes. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, turning as necessary.
Toss 6 bread bites in mixing bowl with 1 oz. sweet chili sauce and 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds; serve warm. (Tip: serve pre-sauced, or reserve sauce on the side for dipping.)
