Spicy Fried Chicken and Dill Pickle Avocado Sandwich

Directions

  1. Thaw dill pickle avocado spread according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk. Dip each chicken breast first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture to coat well. Cook each chicken breast in a 350°F deep fryer until golden brown and cooked through. Drain and hold warm.
  3. For each serving, split and lightly toast a brioche bun. Spread 2 oz. dill pickle avocado spread each half of the bun. On bottom half, top with a prepared fried chicken breast and 2 oz. prepared coleslaw. Place top half of bun on sandwich and serve.

  • 16 fl. oz. Buttermilk
  • 12 ea. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 12 ea. brioche buns
  • 24 oz. coleslaw, creamy, prepared
