Bay Winds® Garlic Butter Shrimp
Directions
- Melt one tablespoon of butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in white wine then add garlic, basil, and green onion. Reduce liquid by half.
- Whisk in remaining three tablespoons of butter moving pan on and off heat source.
- Portion shrimp into four serving bowls and add some toasted ciabatta then serve.

- 1 lb Bay Winds® 40/50 count shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
- 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Piancone® white cooking wine
- 2 ea shallot(s), minced
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, minced
- 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 8 slices ea Delancey Street Deli® ciabatta bread, toasted
