Glazed Salmon with Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce
Directions
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat melt butter and brown sugar. When caramel forms add Bourbon and flame.
- Add BBQ Sauce, mix well. Finish with lemon juice. Hold warm for service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, rub one portion salmon rub with 1 teaspoon each oil and seafood seasoning.
- Grill on each side, basting with the glaze, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve warm with additional glaze drizzled overtop.

- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar, brown
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- 1/4 cup Cattlemens® Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- (4) 6 oz. Salmon filet
- 4 tsp. oil, vegetable
- 4 tsp. McCormick Grill Mates® Seafood Seasoning
